Our Story
At Holding Hands Daycare Center, our story is deeply rooted in a passion for early childhood education and a genuine love for the families we serve. Our founders, Muhammad and Talat, set out on a mission to create a nurturing environment where children could flourish. What started as a small daycare in Laurel soon blossomed into a beloved community institution.
In 2017, we embarked on an exciting adventure, opening our second location in Odenton. This expansion allowed us to bring our unique blend of educational excellence and personalized care to even more families. Our locations have quickly became a hub of creativity, exploration, and boundless possibilities.

Our Mission
At Holding Hands Daycare Center, our mission is to maintain unity in diversity
amongst our staff and children. We create a safe, social, stimulated and nurturing environment to
foster mental and physical growth of our students and help achieve their developmental
milestones. Our goal is to create self-assured and independent individuals. The parents play a
crucial role in nurturing a child and furthering their education and enforcing positive social
behavior. We believe in collaborating with parents in defining a comprehensive program for each
child to cover the seven developmental domains by following a consistent age appropriate
methodology. Additionally, we have developed an emergency plan for various situations to keep
your children safe and secure
Community Engagement
We understand the importance of community. Our daycare has become an integral part of the Laurel and Odenton community. We actively engage with the community through various events and initiatives that strengthen our ties with local families. We are more than just a daycare; we are a community of families, educators, and children.
